INNOVATION TRAINING PROGRAMS
Course: IBB	Innovation Basics “Bits ‘n Bites” Workshop Friday, March 5, 2010 (afternoon) Toronto This is a snappy, fun and imaginative way to learn and practice basic Innovation techniques. In this intensive, half-day workshop you will: Learn how to provide a compelling and constructive lead-in to a situation or meeting. Take away Tips and Tactics for infusing imagination and energy into usual ways of thinking. Generate opportunities, rather than solving a problem, using a handful of fundamental Innovation techniques. Learn Tips to create and maintain momentum. Change thinking and doing perspectives to creatively expand thinking. In addition, you will receive: A summary of of Innovation tips and techniques. An opportunity to apply Innovation techniques on a real life or professional challenge. A follow-up Group Coaching Teleseminar to track your progress and share real life applications of Innovation.
