Margaret
Imai-Compton, BA, MLIS, CMRP, CUG
Margaret has worked as a moderator and workshop facilitator for over 25 years
in Canada and the US. She has a special ability to create quick and authentic
connections with clients, colleagues and research participants. This talent
was channeled into her study and certification as a Professional Coach, and
membership in the International Coach Federation. Margaret is a popular speaker
at conferences, and lectures at the university and college level. Most of
her coaching practice is centered on Executive and Corporate Group

Nancy Siller,
BA, MS, CMRP
Nancy is recognized as one of the top moderators and experts in qualitative research
in North America. Nancy has a B.Sc. in mathematics from Simmons College in Boston
and a Master's degree in Operations Research from NYU. She has specialized training
in Synectics, as well as participating in the Creative Problem Solving Institute
at SUNY (Buffalo). Nancy was instrumental in developing many of RD’s signature
innovation techniques such as Name Generation, SuperGroups and Ideation workshops.

David Kay,
BA, CMRP
David has been in the research and innovation field since 1973 and is a founder
of Research Dimensions. David's strengths include innovative research design
and new product development techniques. He has the ability to balance the creative
energy of innovation with the structure and discipline of quantitative research.
David has published widely in the research and business worlds, as well as
instructing in the Faculty of Commerce at University of Toronto. Contact David
