“What
is the difference between an Essential
levels course and MasterClass level?”
The Essentials level course is a basic, foundation course that emphasizes learning
and practice in the fundamentals. In addition to covering the basic concepts,
there is ample time for practice and critiquing.
The MasterClass level focuses more on advanced and specialized techniques for
professionals who have foundations in Innovation or Moderating. As well, there
is considerable emphasis on putting techniques into action with this hands-on
advanced level.
“Why
do I need training to facilitate
an Innovation session?”
Innovation is a creative and expansive way to increase productivity, engage
workers and explore new perspectives. It does however require discipline, structure
and navigation to accomplish the session objectives. The RDCL Innovation facilitation
program is designed to “Train the trainer” to help professionals
develop and practice their facilitation skills.
“Why
is Professional Coaching a key
component of your courses?”
Individuals and organizations who utilize professional coaching experience
fresh perspectives, enhanced decision-making skills, greater interpersonal
effectiveness, and increased confidence in carrying out their Innovation and
Moderating roles. Coaching designs an action plan with accountability for follow-through.
Taking a RDCL program means that our Coaching component will keep you on track
and ensure you apply your newly acquired skills.
“Who
will benefit most from participating
in your courses?”
Qualitative research practitioners who
want to add a new dimension to
their practice; corporate
workplace leaders who
desire a creative and imaginative
skill set to bring out the best in their groups; and advertising and
creative managers who desire to freshen up the creative process.
“How
do you use the information I provide
you when I register for your programs?”

or traded to direct marketing or selling companies. Your information stays

and occasional program announcements, but you are welcome to unsubscribe from
